…WE ARE WHAT WE BELIEVE WE DESERVE TO BE…

That statement is borne from listening to our guides and Angels.  Through my guidance you will learn to hear your own guides. You will be able to hear Angels’ soft voices whispering to you.  Call it intuition. Or call it the development of your psychic ability. Whatever term you decide to use, I assure you that with practice you will grow in self esteem and inner beauty. My deepest concern is your spiritual growth.

The development of spiritual growth comes through the control of our energy pathways – said another way, through the balancing of our chakras. The body has seven vortexes of energy.  Hindus call these vortexes chakras. They are powerful electrical fields, invisible to the eye, but quite real nonetheless. Each of these seven vortexes is centered on one of the seven ductless glands in the body’s endocrine system (also known as the body’s glandular hormonal system). Each vortex (or chakra) can stimulate the hormonal output of its respective gland. These hormones regulate all of the body’s functions, including the process of aging.

The first vortex (or root chakra) is centered on the reproductive glands. The second vortex is centered on the pancreas in the abdominal region. The third vortex is centered on the adrenal gland in the solar plexus region. The fourth vortex is centered on the thymus gland in the chest or heart region. The fifth vortex is centered on the thyroid gland in the neck. The sixth vortex (the third eye) is centered on the pineal gland at the rear base of the brain. And the seventh vortex, the highest vortex (eminently known as the crown chakra), is centered on the pituitary gland at the frontal base of the brain.

In a healthy body, each of these vortexes (or chakras) revolves at great speed, permitting vital life energy to flow through the endocrine system. If one or more of these vortexes (or chakras) begins to slow, the energy or life force becomes blocked and can cause advanced aging and ill health. This same energy, once unblocked, extends outward from the flesh in a healthy individual, causing a radiant glow. I will teach you through breathing and meditation to revitalize these vortexes of energy, resurrecting your chakras.

The first step for successful meditation is to have a peaceful, stress-free place to do your meditative ritual. Water is a very good choice. A tub of warm fragrant water automatically triggers a response in the brain to relax. Water flows from the faucet into your tub; and feelings which have welled up inside you, sweep over you. Tears, water flowing from your eyes, are the outward expression of a strong emotional blockage in the heart chakra (the massive energy vortex within the core of your chest). Indeed, freeing your feelings through tears makes you feel more emotionally content.

Feelings are fluid, like water. They can be cool and refreshing on the skin – but try to grab them, try to get a hold of them, and they elude you. They pool only where they find a gentle place to rest. Water imbibes all life forms and gives these forms their lushness and beauty. Bereft of feelings, bereft of heart, and the soul would not be a soul at all, but an arid desert of lifeless, unfulfilled dreams.
